Lesley Waters, is one of the best known Television chefs and teacher-cooks in Britain today. She was head teacher at the prestigious Leith's School of Food & Wine in London before becoming a star of TV cooking. Well know through her many appearances on television she is one of the most popular chefs appearing on Ready, Steady, Cook. She has been a presenter on Can't Cook Won't Cook and a guest contributor on Food & Drink and has written many highly acclaimed cook books. She is one of the countries most innovative chefs and opened her own Cookery School in Dorset three years ago - the realization of a long held dream. Lesley moved to Dorset 6 years ago.
Gill Stone, has years of experience in the creative world arranging and styling events. Her career started as a buyer with Marks & Spencer which led her to create and run her own retail company. It was as a Consultant to some of our largest retailers that she employed Lesley – they joined forces and have been partners in business ever since. Gill moved to Devon 5 years ago.
Our team are enthusiastic cooks from the Cookery School. All trained by Lesley to cook her recipes alongside her. All share our boundless enthusiasm for fresh seasonal food.
