Lesley Waters, You probably know Lesley from her many TV appearances well known as one of our best Television chefs and for her many highly acclaimed cook books, she is one of the countries most innovative chefs. She taught for many years as Head Tutor at Pru Leith's Cookery School which has been the inspiration for her own Cookery School which she opened in Dorset three years ago. Lesley moved to Dorset 6 years ago.
Gill Stone, has years of experience in the creative world arranging and styling events. Her career started as a Buyer with Marks & Spencer which led her on to create and run her own retail company. It was whilst involved in Consultancy With some of our largest retailers that she employed Lesley – they joined forces and have been partners in business ever since. Gill moved to Devon 5 years ago.
Our team are enthusiastic cooks trained by Lesley to cook her recipes along side her. All share our boundless enthusiasm for fresh local seasonal food.
