Where do your ingredients come from?
Our rule is to buy fresh, local and seasonal ingredients.
How long does your food last?
All our food is freshly prepared for you. We use no artificial preservatives and
no added salt. All dishes keep refrigerated for between 4 - 6 days. Each item on our menu has a 'use by' date on it.
Is your food really ready-to-eat?
Yes it is! A Green Table box contains freshly prepared dishes. All you have to do
is simply put the food together – you may choose to cook some meat or fish
to accompany it or order our cured meats and fish to complete your meal. It is that
easy and simple. Just open a jar, heat through if desired, serve, relax and enjoy!

Where do you deliver?
Use our postcode checker to see if you are in one of our delivery areas. We are
increasing our delivery areas all the time and as soon as we have enough interested
customers we will add a delivery route to our schedule. Please do register your
interest with us by sending us an e-mail or calling us.
When do you deliver?
We deliver weekly. Our postcode checker tells you which day if you be in one of our
delivery areas. our vans deliver from lunchtime to early evening on the delivery day.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. If you order our food in jars, all we ask is that you order a minimum of 2 jars.
Why do I have to order ahead?
When we know how many orders we have we order our ingredients
from our producers and have to allow them a couple of days to deliver to us. Then
our team start preparing your food, making what you have ordered ready to be
delivered the next day.
How far ahead can I place my order?
Check on the delivery date drop down menu for
the dates available for this season’s menu.
What is your delivery charge?
FREE for orders over £75. There is a delivery charge of £4.50 if your order value is under £75.
Do I have to have a delivery every week?
No, you don't have to place an order every week - you can order as frequently as
you want or just once.
Where will you leave the box if I’m out?
We know it's a real bother to have to stay in waiting for a delivery, so we'll be glad to leave your delivery in a safe place at your address or with a neighbour. Just give us clear instructions when you order. All our food is packed in insulated boxes that keep your dishes at the right temperature for up to 18 hours.
Why don't you deliver to my area?
We deliver to areas where we know there is sufficient demand
making our deliveries more efficient.
We do extend our deliverycover as and when we know there is enough interest in an area, so do leave us
your email address and postcode, and we will get in touch when we are able to deliver
to you.
Will you deliver to my holiday home?
If it is in one of our delivery areas – yes.

My box hasn't arrived - help!
If your order hasn't arrived then please let us know as soon as possible.
If you suspect your box was stolen please contact us - we will credit you to a maximum of £100 for the first instance only (any further instances will not be covered) and discuss
with you safer delivery instructions.
If your box is late arriving on your delivery day, your driver might be delayed and will contact you wherever possible, so please
don't worry as he is probably on its way. If your box is missing on the evening
of your delivery day, or the following day, please get in touch and we can investigate!
This is not my order!
Please check the order against your delivery receipt. If you have received something
other than you were expecting please call us and let us know.

Payment details
We take payment when you order which confirms your order and we accept most major credit and debit cards including Switch, Visa, MasterCard and Delta.
We do not accept payment by Visa Electron, Diner's Club or American Express or by cash or cheques. We require an e-mail address so that we can e-mail your receipt to you. All web pages that involve the display or transmission of personal information (especially card details) are encrypted using industry-standard 128-bit SSL security. This SSL encryption prevents any third party from seeing any personal information that is passed between your computer and our website.
