Along with my team in Dorset, I source fresh ingredients, then prepare and cook delicious seasonal dishes to order. Once a week we deliver our fresh West Country food direct to your door. Each dish has a fridge life of between 4 and 6 days and so is there and ready to eat when you want it. All you have to do is keep it refrigerated , warm it up if necessary and serve. A real treat for you and your guests"
