How it works... Just browse through our Seasonal Menu to plan your weeks Holiday Food, suppers with friends or special 'get-together' - or even some food to take home with you! Then go to 'Place an Order' to buy and organise your delivery - it's that simple.
Each items 'use by' date shows how long it keeps in your fridge before opening (day 1 is delivery day, if you only eat part of a jar reseal it , return to the fridge and eat the remainder within the next 2 days). A little clever planning and you can have meals throughout the week, or a simply delicious supper party delivered to your door.

Spring / Summer Main Courses
Each jar serves 6 as a starter, 3-4 as a main served on its own, or 4 accompanied by meat or fish. Lesley recommends all dishes are mixed well before serving to create their full flavour, even if being served cold. Simply empty into a large bowl and gently mix together. 1 litre
Aromatic Oriental Noodle Salad £14.99 - gently spiced vegetable noodle salad with sweet sesame dressing

Best served at room temperature, remove from fridge approx 1/2 hr before serving. Serve cold in small individual bowls as a starter on its own. As a main dish this is wonderful with our torn smoked chicken, topped with our hot smoked salmon, or stir in some sliced smoked prawns before serving.
Fresh Pea and Tomorrosso Risotto £14.99 - A delicious combination of creamy risotto with fresh peas and sweet Tomorrosso tomatoes.

A classic vegetable twist on the Nicoise Salad. Best served cold. As A starter with warm country style bread, or for a classic Nicoise pile into small individual serving bowls and top with a poached egg! As a main course it is a great accompaniment to peppered griddled mackerel, or break up our hot smoked salmon into chunks and pull through. Also really good with a juicy seared steak.
Roasted Cherry Tomato and Bean Cassoulet £14.99 - a summer bean cassoulet flavoured with sweet cherry tomato and summer sage

Serve hot or cold. This makes a great main course. Delicious warmed through and served topped with lamb kebabs or BBQ chicken kebabs, chorizo chipolatas (or any sausage in fact!). It is really good with BBQ'd fresh sardines or baked in the oven topped with crumbled goats' cheese for 20 minutes and served hot with garlic bread.
Summer Black Bean Chilli £14.99 - A rich chunky ragout of peppers, onions and tomatoes with a punchy kick of chilli, garlic and coriander. Can be served hot or at room temperature.

To heat, empty into a saucepan and cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes until heated through.Good served with a fresh green salad and warm pitta breads.A delicious accompaniment to burgers or topped with seared steaks straight off the BBQ and cut into thin strips, or topped with our Air dried Ham crisped in a frying pan and garlic bread, guacamole and sour cream.
Gently Spiced Fragraced Thai Curry £14.99 - Lelsey's version of this now classic dish. The gentle spices make it a family favourite.

Serve hot. As a starter or a main: in bowls on a small bed of fragrant Thai rice with a squeeze of fresh lime juice to finish. Our Thai curry has potatoes in and so does not necessarily need to be served with rice- it is your choice. It is however really great served with roast chicken (really- try it!) or with a few of our smoked prawns sliced lengthways and tossed through the hot curry literally seconds before serving.
