TV chef Lesley Waters Cookery Summer School will come to Salcombe on the beautiful South Devon Coast, this summer. Her first school opened in rural West Dorset where she lives, 4 years ago. However she has always regarded the Salcombe area her 'second home' as her husband grew up in Kingsbridge and Lesley came to know it very well over years of regularly visiting family and friends in the area. Her Summer School in Salcombe offers the unique opportunity to work 'hands-on' with Lesley in her workshops designed by her to build confidence and celebrate great food. A memorable experience for anyone who simply loves good food, or wants to learn new skills or enhance existing ones. A unique opportunity to learn from one of this country's best chefs.
